Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team through our 'Contact Us' page. Our representatives will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your returned items.

For exchanges, once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement item within 3-5 business days, subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer store credit at your discretion.
